Does AI Scout work outside Europe?

Yes. AI Scout works worldwide. Coverage quality depends on the public data available for an area, but you can search and save locations on every continent.

Can I use CineScout offline?

The web app needs a connection for AI Scout, maps, and sync. The iOS app keeps your saved locations available offline and re-syncs when you are back online.

How does AI Scout score a location?

AI Scout combines public imagery, points of interest, accessibility, and lighting context, then ranks each result against the filters you set. The score is a relative match, not a quality verdict.

Is the iOS app available?

Yes. CineScout is available now on the App Store for iPhone and iPad (iOS 17+). Your account, library, and projects sync with the web app.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Customers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not used a meaningful share of the plan. Refunds are processed manually through Stripe.

Do you store my photos and notes?

Photos and notes you save are stored on your account so they sync across devices. They are private to you and your collaborators. You can delete them at any time, and account deletion fully purges your data.
